Refund and Returns Policy

* Please note, the image on your T-shirt, Sweatshirt, Gallery Wrap, Tote Bag, etc., may vary slightly from the image depicted on The Northern Neck Shop website. The colors may not be as bright as on your desktop, tablet, or mobile, and depending on what size is selected, it may be cropped slightly different than the image shown online.

Products are produced only once ordered, and once ordered, the order is sent to the corresponding print provider for production, and the print provider ships the product directly to you. Refunds cannot be offered if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. Please note, colors on T-shirts, Sweatshirts, Gallery Wraps, Tote Bags, etc., may appear brighter on screen than on the actual product, and please check size info. on listings before ordering.

If your package and item(s) are damaged in shipping, contact us via our contact form and upload pictures of the damage to both the package and item(s), within 7 days of receipt. If there is a manufacturing error, contact us via our contact form and upload pictures of the manufacturing error within 7 days of receipt. Uploads accepted are jpg | png | gif | docx < 10MB. If you’re having issues with the File Upload, no worries, send a msg. anyway, and we’ll get back to you quickly with alternate methods to get your image to us. We respond quickly to all requests, and if any further action is necessary, including returning the package/item(s), or another picture is necessary, you will be notified.

The above actions are necessary for The Northern Neck Shop to pursue a refund on your behalf from either the shipping carrier or printer.
